Founded in 2015, the University of Jhang is located in the culturally rich city of Jhang, Punjab. It is working under the supervision of Higher Education Department (HED), Punjab Higher Education Commission (PHEC) and Higher Education Commission of Pakistan (HEC). As a leading university, it has played a significant role in facilitating and promoting higher education in the region. At present, the University has become a priority for the education seekers on account of its highly efficient administration, and competent teaching team. It offers student friendly conducive class room environment, state-of-the-art teaching, academic excellence, variety of graduate and postgraduate programs and low tuition fees. The University comprises of fully developed academic and administration blocks, student residences, library, scientific labs, computer lab, E-Rozgar center, café, printing and photocopy service shop, day care center and sports ground. As per the needs of time and locality, it runs short term certificate and diploma courses in different fields including IT, communication, business writing and IELTS etc. It has almost 80 full- time/regular and 100 visiting faculty members dedicated towards teaching/research.
