Under the esteemed leadership of Prof. Dr. Faheem Aftab, Vice Chancellor of the University of Jhang, the Medical Services Department organized a 2-day free medical camp for employees working in harsh environments. The camp targeted gardeners, sanitary staff, security guards, and outdoor workers who are more susceptible to heat-related illnesses like heat stroke.
The medical camp provided awareness on heat stroke prevention and addressed pre-existing chronic diseases, optimizing treatment for those in need. Special thanks to Prof. Dr. Musarrat ul Hasnain, CEO of Shahabal Hospital Jhang, and Dr. Syed Ali Ishaq, Medical Specialist, for their expertise in managing Diabetes, Hypertension, and Complicated diseases.
