Introduction
Dr. Abdul Qayyum is highly motivated, outgoing and committed professional in the field of
early childhood education (ECE) helping university students to develop their full potential in
their studies. He is working as an Assistant Professor of Education on Permanent Basis
at University of Jhang and is an HEC Approved PhD Supervisor in the discipline of Social
Sciences. He owns strong philosophy of teaching, and knowledge of many different methods to
motivate students to develop their expertise in specific areas.
He did Doctorate (PhD) in Early Childhood Education from Zhejiang Normal University, China in
June 2019 and his research focused on behavioral sciences in the relationship between stress and
positive psychology with the thesis topic, “Early childhood teacher’s stress and moderation and
mediation effects of PsyCap: a comparative study”.
Moreover, during research, teaching and management career, Dr. Abdul Qayyum was able to do significant
accomplishments in diverse fields of research including early childhood education (ECE),
positive psychology, stress hormone (HCC) and teacher education by driving successful data
collection, operations, and enhancing research output on early childhood educator’s professional
life., stress and their psychological wellbeing (mental health). He has enriched experience to
attend international conferences and research publications in the early childhood education.
He is a dedicated partner to the university programs and outreach events that help promote learning and support the community. He has exemplary skills in educational research, creative thinking, English and Chinese languages and writing giving him the optimal tools to make further advances in the field of Early Childhood Development (ECD).
