Dr. Shazia Kousar
Assistant Professor
Introduction
This is Dr. Shazia Kousar. I did Ph.D. from Superior University Lahore and
M.Phil. from Quaid-e-Azam University Islamabad. I am HEC approved supervisor. I am currently
working as assistant professor in economics. I have 10 years of teaching experience. During this
period I was involved in teaching Micro economics, Managerial economics and quantitative data
analysis at BS, MS and Ph.D. level.
I have more than 25 publications in well renowned national
(HEC recognized) and international journals. I am also working as guest editor in Estudio de
economiaapplicada, an HEC, Y category international Journal. I was also involved in developing
and upgrading modules of economics. I was also responsible to supervise M.Phil. and PhD
dissertation. I was also involved in assessing students’ research work and proposal defense. I
have conducted several training on Discovering Statistics using SPSS, AMOSE, smart PLS and E.
