Introduction

Dr. Abdul Sami is an Assistant Professor/ HOD Management Sciences at University of Jhang, Jhang. He is engaged in academic as well as several administrative activities at the university. He is Incharge QEC, member finance and planning committee, covener disciplinary committee, Convener event management committee, convener literary society, focal person prime minister citizen portal, member academic council, member purcahse committee and editor university news letter. He is also editor of University of Jhang Research journal, “Pakistan journal of Multidisciplinary Research”. Dr. Abdul Sami also organised an international conference “MEET-2020” and organised a book fair and art exibition and serat conference at university of Jhang during 2020. He did his Ph.D. from University Technology Malaysia by conducting research on Public Value and Leadership.
He did Master of Public Administration from University of the Punjab, Lahore, Pakistan and B.Sc from Government College University, Lahore. He participated in many curricular and extra curricular activities during student life and was also the editor of university annual magazine "The Ravi" and got Roll of Honour from GCU Lahore. Dr. Abdul Sami has vast professional experience as well. He has served National Bank of Pakistan, the leading bank of Pakistan, as an HR Officer for 8 Years and as Assistant Registrar at University of the Punjab for 3 Years.
He was also a part of USAID's Project Pakistan Legislative Strengthening Project(PLSP) as an research officer. His academic profile consists of around 32 research publications in renowned journals. He is the Editor-in-Chief of the journal of Public Value and Administrative Insight, a research journal publish under the Readers Insight Publication. He is founding member of Research Organization Connecting ASIA Sdn Bhd.
He has organized and worked as an editorial member for several international conferences and also conducted research training workshops. His current research centres around the Leadership, Public Administration, Human Resource Management, Organizational Behavior, Organizational Culture, and Sustainability.
